Normally, you would find this store well stocked with all our favorite cuts of lamb. Lately, however, we find ourselves somewhat overwhelmed. As many of you know, our co-op is currently being run alongside the joyful chaos of raising young children. Because our families come first, we may not always be able to keep this website perfectly up to date.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this season of life, and we’re grateful to be part of such a supportive community. Thank you for being here with us. Meredith & Emily were chatting one night about the lack of transparency in our industry and food systems. We decided to start our own co-op to sell and market our high-quality, Maryland Lamb. We raise meat that is humanely raised & lovingly grown. We use regenerative grazing practices to improve our soil health and our planet.
